本課程目標將介紹記錄企業營運過程中的經濟事件或交易，並加以在電腦中確認、分類、記錄與彙總的全部過程，內容包括會計總帳作業、應收/應付結帳、收/付款流程、應收/應付票據、銀行存提款作業以及資產的各項異動作業，並以取得中華企業資訊規劃學會(CERP)舉辦的鼎新電腦Workflow ERP財務模組軟體應用師的認證來強化課程學習的成效。在資訊系統的運用上，將訓練同學熟悉鼎新 Workflow ERP GP系統架構，與財務模組的操作，以期能順利取得證照。
